Tourist taxes of €0.55 per adult per night are payable on site with the balance of the reservation.
We welcome you between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
If you cannot make within this time slot or if there is a specific need, please contact us on 02.99.18.20.92 beforehand. We will do our best to find a suitable time slot for you and for us that allows us to welcome you in good conditions.
Without our agreement and in case of manifest abuse (very late arrival for example), we reserve the right to apply a penalty of € 50 or to deny you access to the accommodation.
The room or lodging must be returned to us no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
After repeated incivilities of the masters, our animal friends are no longer accepted in the area. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
Use of premises
The guest rooms and lodgings have a well-defined maximum capacity.
No additional person will be accepted without this being a breach or modification of the contract. For any entry by outsiders, please have the courtesy to keep us informed for acceptance.
In case of booking ...
The booking becomes effective as soon as it is made via the reservation page with an online payment.
For any reservation by phone, email or by the reservation page without online payment, a deposit of 30% will be required.
Cancellation by the tenant
Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by email or by mail. The deposit remains with the owner.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the accommodation, the entire stay is due to the owner. If the tenant does not register within 24 hours of the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his accommodation.
If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
Ask your insurance company and check if your multi-risk home contract includes an extension for vacation rentals. Otherwise, you can take out holiday rental insurance with specialized insurance.
Cancellation by the owner
In the event that we can no longer welcome you in good conditions and that we are obliged to cancel your stay, we will reimburse the full amount paid in advance.
The lodgings are rented with linen and towels, electricity and heating included, within the limits of normal use.
Breakfasts are not included but are optional at the rate of 10 € per person; they must be reserved the day before at the latest before 6 p.m. in order to allow us to plan and prepare them as well as possible.
State of play
An inventory is given to the tenant on the day of arrival; the tenant will have 2 hours to verify it. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory.
For any stay of 3 days or more, the tenant pays on arrival a security deposit of € 300. This deposit is intended to cover any damage to furniture and objects. It will be returned no later than 7 days after the departure of the tenant, after verification of the premises.
If the deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant agrees to supplement the sum on the basis of the supporting documents provided by the owner.
The accommodation must be returned in the same clean condition as that in which you received it. In case of non-compliance or obvious failure a package of € 70 for the Lodge and € 90 for the Pavilion will be applied.
You have the possibility of subscribing an end of stay cleaning package of € 30 for the Lodge and € 40 for the Pavilion; you would only have to wash and arrange the dishes, clean the barbecue.
Please do not wash the household linen. The supply of clean linen is provided if necessary.
